This course will ensure that all your staff know how to delight your clients and fulfil their needs, whether spoken or unspoken.
Training is delivered in a fun and interactive manner, and trainees can progress through the course at their own pace pausing and resuming within each module as required to fit in with their working day. At the end of most modules is a quiz to test the trainees knowledge and the training supervisor will have access to a reporting system which will enable progress and quiz results to be reviewed.
